An awesome band name, with even better music!! Kinki Stunt were one of Las Vegas, Nevada's finest exports in the early to mid 90's!! Originally released in 1994 and soon becoming impossible to track down, it was only fitting that Retrospect contact this fantastic band to re-issue their killer CD -- and while the original release only had 7 songs, we have added 6 previously unreleased tracks to this edition!! And don't be concerned about the 1994 recording date, this is nothing but 80's powerful melodic hard rock with a hint of hair metal and glam. The very few who have heard this recording over the years have raved about it and how addicting the songs are...and rightly so. This band had all the right elements with all the reasons we love this kind of music: smokin' guitar riffs, ripping solo's, tight hard hitting drums and bass with gutsy gritty powerhouse vocals...all combined with superb catchy songwriting, a good ear for production and most importantly, a great chemistry among the musicians!! BUT....it was 1994 :( ....several years earlier and these guys would have really hit the bigtime!
Comparisons have been made to bands like: Slaughter, Warrant, Rock City Angels, Pair-a Dice, Tainted Angel, Alleycat Scratch, Jackyl, etc...
